Refund & Return Policy

We're sorry if you didn't love your product from The Conscious Wellness Club!

For full information on our refund policy, please read below:

  • Please note we only offer refunds if product packaging is unopened, the product is unused, the packaging is in a re-sellable condition and the refund request is made within 14 days of order. 
  • We have a 14 day refund policy; from the day the item is ordered, you will have 14 days to request a return.
  • If you have received a different item from the one you ordered - we're sorry! We will get the right product to you - just email orders@theconsciouswellnessclub.com with the order details and we will sort the rest!
  • There is no extra cost for exchanges, although exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Please note that for Bundle Purchases, individual items cannot be returned separately.
  • If you have requested a refund on an order which includes a promotional discount, you will be refunded the amount that has been paid.
  • Refunds will be paid into the account that was used on the original order.
  • Card refunds can take between 7 - 10 days to show into your account.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS 

If an item is delivered to you damaged - we're so sorry! If your package is unopened and the product is unused, please send an email to orders@theconsciouswellnessclub.com with your order number and a photo of your product(s) to be inspected before we process an exchange. Natural wear & tear through use is not considered a faulty good.

How do I return an item?

  • Send an email to orders@theconsciouswellnessclub.com, please include your order number and reason for requesting a refund.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

We have a 14 day refund policy; from the day the item is ordered, you will have 14 days to request a return.

Please note we only offers refunds if:

  • The product packaging is unopened
  • The packaging is in a re-sellable condition
  • The refund request is made within 14 days of your order

Are there any charges for return?

  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We highly recommend sending your return via tracked post as The Conscious Wellness Club accepts no liability for any items lost in transit

Pre-order information:

  • Pre-ordering allows you to reserve products that are not yet in stock. Under regular circumstances it is not possible to cancel your pre-order, for special circumstances, please contact our customer service as we review cancellation requests on a per-case basis. This policy is in place to encourages customers to consider wether or not they can afford to pre-order. 
  • For address changes to your pre-order, please send an email to orders@theconsciouswellnessclub.com. If an order has been fulfilled, unfortunately it is not possible to change the address. 

Kickstarter Backers:

  • If you supported one of our products on Kickstarter - thank you! All backer rewards are processed through theconsciouswellnessclub.com in order for you to track your order. 
  • Since your order was placed outside our site, please refer to our Kickstarter campaign for information regarding your reward or send an email to orders@theconsciouswellnessclub.com about your order.
