About

Our Founder

Inspired by the principles of health coaching, Sophie Annaston developed a first-of-its-kind journal structured around the eight dimensions of wellness, designed to simplify wellness in an oversaturated space of trends and aesthetics. The project was later brought to life through a successful crowdfunding campaign in 2021.

Sophie later expanded on these ideas by writing A Book About Wellness, a complementary resource that explores the principles behind the journal in greater depth.
